NOMA is a small studio with one quiet ambition: design the few objects that make modern travel feel free again.
Why we started
We were tired of repacking, of zippers that refused to close, of paying for space we had already paid for. NOMA began as a question: what would travel feel like without the bulk?
The frustration with bulk
Standard packing cubes organize but rarely reduce. Compression bags compress, but feel disposable. We wanted both — engineered to last as long as the journeys ahead.
The idea
A modular vacuum system. Three calm, identical bags. One small rechargeable pump. Twelve seconds to triple your space, every time.
The design process
Thirty-eight prototypes. A matte technical nylon developed with Northern European mills. An anti-leak vacuum zipper born from the marine industry.
The solution
A kit that fits any suitcase, any duffel, any journey. Quiet enough to disappear. Considered enough to last.
